Eliminar la cuenta

Borrar es borrar.

Tu cuenta de Pomarello y todo lo que contiene, de verdad y para siempre. Esto es lo que se va, y cómo pedirlo.

Qué se borra

  • Tu cuenta: email, nombre, preferencias, contraseña, passkeys, el enlace con Google y todas tus sesiones abiertas.
  • Tu huerto entero: bancales y plano, cultivos con sus hitos y recordatorios, y todas tus cosechas.
  • Tu diario y sus fotos: las entradas y las fotos, que se borran del almacén en ese mismo momento.
  • Tu parte de la comunidad: perfil público, soles, comentarios, seguimientos, bloqueos y reportes.
  • La medida de tu uso: los contadores de qué días y en qué pantallas usaste la app.

Qué queda: nada tuyo. Solo la copia de seguridad diaria del servidor, que rota sola: de ella desaparece en 7 días como mucho.

Cómo eliminarla

Entrar para eliminarla

Con tu contraseña, tu passkey o Google, como siempre. Al entrar vuelves aquí.

¿No puedes entrar? Escribe a [email protected] desde el email de la cuenta pidiendo que la borremos: te contestamos cuando esté hecho, y siempre antes de un mes.

También desde la app, en cualquier momento: Ajustes → Eliminar mi cuenta.

¿Quieres guardar tus datos? Descarga antes una copia desde Ajustes, en la app.

Es inmediato y no se puede deshacer.

Tu cuenta se ha eliminado

Todo lo tuyo se ha borrado del servidor ahora mismo, y de las copias de seguridad desaparecerá en 7 días como mucho. Gracias por haber cultivado con Pomarello.

Delete the account

Deleting means deleting.

Your Pomarello account and everything in it, for real and for good. This is what goes, and how to ask for it.

What is deleted

  • Your account: email, name, preferences, password, passkeys, the link to Google and all your open sessions.
  • Your whole garden: beds and layout, crops with their milestones and reminders, and all your harvests.
  • Your diary and its photos: the entries and the photos, which are deleted from storage at that very moment.
  • Your part of the community: public profile, suns, comments, follows, blocks and reports.
  • The measure of your usage: the counters of which days and on which screens you used the app.

What is kept: nothing of yours. Only the server's daily backup, which rotates on its own: it disappears from it within 7 days at most.

How to delete it

Sign in to delete it

With your password, your passkey or Google, as always. Once signed in you come back here.

Can't sign in? Write to [email protected] from the account's email asking us to delete it: we reply once it is done, and always within a month.

Also from the app, at any time: Settings → Delete my account.

Confirm it's you

Want to keep your data? Download a copy first from Settings, in the app.

It is immediate and cannot be undone.

Your account has been deleted

Everything of yours has been deleted from the server right now, and it will disappear from the backups within 7 days at most. Thank you for growing with Pomarello.
